Cinnamon Crisps

Okay, I have to admit I make these for myself more than for my kids. I will make them a savory snack and make myself a sweet one, oops! Hope they don’t notice!

Cinnamon Crisps
Large Organic Flour Tortilla
1 T. Organic Butter
½ t. Organic Cinnamon
2 t. Organic Evaporated Cane Juice

Turn on broiler in oven. Place tortilla on baking stone. Spread butter on tortilla. Sprinkle the mixed cinnamon and sugar on top of the butter. Broil for a couple minutes until the butter melts and tortilla begins to get crispy. Slice with a pizza cutter and munch. Happy Baking!
